    Hey, Stephanie. What scale did you get? I've been wanting one that doesn't show the point numbers. LOL My scale does to .2, but decided when I started this I was only going by the pound and not driving myself crazy with the .2, .4, etc. So I only really look at the weight to the pound when I get on. But I've noticed since things have been moving slower lately I am getting on the scale more, and don't want to start going over it. Would be better just to have one that reads to the pound for me.

    Woohoo!! That is down 50lbs for me(since Jan), so hard to believe I have actually done it!!

    Toodles - I agree with Summer being easier. Lots of fresh, yummy fruit right now! Also outdoor activities like badminton(love it!)What scares me about the Fall coming is the urge to cook/bake....... I'll deal with that later though

    I got an old school spring scale. I have a pic of in in my blog HERE, it's the 3rd one pictured. I was getting a little too obsessive and needed a basic scale. I've been really having trouble, mentally, with my weight loss slowing. I'm sticking to everything, as usual, but I've gotten spoiled by my huge losses the last couple months.

    Thanks!!! Of course I just tossed a BBB coupon. LOL I will keep my eye out, that may be what I need as well. Simple and looks like it's easy to read the dashes.
  • Down another pound this week! Not what I had hoped, but it's a pound, so I'll take it. Think the honeymoon is over, and will be taking it off slower from now on. But it's okay!

    I upped my goal by about 5 pounds because of this slow down, it'll still be a stretch now with vacation on the horizon, but we'll see how it goes!

    Tontus94 Congrats on meeting 50!! That is a wonderful milestone!!!

  • slow and steady, still losing so I am happy! I set my goal as 280 for Labor Day-I think 11.6 pounds is do-able but I will have to start exercising more to move this along!

    Envelope you do get BIG whooshes!! That has to be frustrating during the weeks in between. I have slow weeks and then small whooshes and I know they drive me crazy!
