    "Refrigerator Oatmeal", Shepard posted this recipe link and I tried it.. very good! I used Oats, Greek Yogurt, Chia Seeds, Blueberries, WF Maple syrup, and almond milk.

    Lunch @ Noonish
    Tomato and Cucumber Salad dressed w/ WF Italian Dressing
    2 Boca Burger Patties (All American Classic w/ non-GMO Soy)

    Dinner @ 6ish
    2 Jumbo SmartDogs
    1 T Heinz RS Ketchup
    2 C Zucchini "crisps"

    Snack @ 9ish
    Chocolate Raspberry Bar

    Today is rest day so no exercise
    Lots of water!

    1 tsp OO/ Sea Salt

    IP Chocolate Drink + 1 c Spinach Smoothie

    Dinner:
    5 oz XL Ground Beef Burger
    1 Tbsp WF Thick & Spicy BBQ Sauce + Mustard
    1 c Red Raw Onion
    1 c Steamed Cauliflower
    1 tsp EVOO/ Sea Salt

    Snack:
    IP Carmel Crunch
    2 Tbsp Great Lakes Gelatin/ Collagen

    2 cups Half-Caf Coffee
    1 tbsp WF Chocolate Dip <--helps with the Muscle Milk Light, IP RTD and EAS are much better tasting IMHO

    Lunch@12pm:
    IP Chicken Soup
    Roasted Cauliflower, Celery, Garlic Puree
    Salad w/EVOO + Apple Cider Vinegar

    Snack@4pm:
    IP Vanilla Pudding
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    Miracle Noodles Rice

    *2.1mi Walk@6pm<--getting too hot for early, longer loop...next week may change to a 'mall walker' & hit the new play area

    Dinner@8pm:
    Turkey Tenderloins
    Kale

    Lunch: shrimp with garlic and pepper
    2 cups of cucumbers with salt and lemon juice

    Snack: IP cranberry-pomenagrate bar
    Tea with splenda (didn't have any stevia around)

    Later I had some clight, which is a water flavor made with splenda.
