    I started very gradually. Before I counted my carbs I cut out pop, which was my biggest issue, then after about a week, I cut out bread, sugar etc. My withdrawals were ****; I was always foggy, felt tired and had a headache. But after about 2 weeks, the fog lifted and I felt good. Then I started to actually count.
