So I need to really trick/convince myself to eat health and work out so I've decided to give myself incentives for each 10lb loss! That was I always have something to work towards and it's not just an end reward!
I tried to not make them food related, but my first one is. I keep telling my room mates that I want a good big steak - that I want to go to the store and get like a $20 steak to kick off the summer, so this is my first reward! Hahaha

190 - ER seasons (13, 14, & 15)
180 - work out pants
170 - Sports bra
160 - Lululemon hoodie
150 - SHOPPING SPREE!!
