    5 oz Cooked Inside Round Steak/ Sea Salt
    1 c Mushrooms
    1 tsp Light Tasting Olive Oil
    2 Tbsp WF BBQ Sauce

    Snack:
    IP White Cheddar Ridges
    2 Tbsp Great Lakes Gelatin

    IP Cran-Granata bar

    Lunch:
    IP Chicken Soup
    2 cups cauliflower

    Dinner: (Stir-fry!)
    6 oz beef
    1 cup broccoli
    1/2 cup mushrooms
    1/2 cup green peppers

    Snack:
    Pink lemonade RTD

    And lots of water!

    1tsp Coconut Extract <--finally, the ingredient to make BS palatable!

    EVOO + Apple Cider Vinegar Dressing
    Broccoli
    Broccoli & Cheese Soup <--shoot me now, forgot my packet again! 2x this week!

    Snack@4pm:
    Chocolate Soy Puffs

    Dinner@8pm:
    8oz Pork Loin
    Roasted Garlic Broccolini & Celery <--maybe try it pureed
  • Breakfast
    RTD Vanilla and 3 shots of espresso over ice

    Lunch
    2 C cucumbers and 1 TBSP of WF Onion dip
    IP Peanut Butter Bar

    Dinner
    Grilled Steak seasoned with sea salt
    2 C grilled asparagus

    Snack
    Pom Cran Drink
    Vanilla shake into a "mug cake" after the gym

    Spring salad mix, with EVOO and lemon dressing
    Pint of water with fruit punch MIO

    Snack:
    Vanilla pudding made with chilled vanilla chai tea instead of water

  • Breakfast-vanilla pudding as a shake

    Lunch-chicken soup with 1 c cauliflower, mashed with curry powder
    Salad w 1 c cucumber and 1 tbsp newmans own light oil and vinegar

    Snack -simply bar (like ip bar but no sugar alcohol)

    Dinner-8 oz chicken w 1 tbsp franks red hot sauce for dipping
    1 c broccoli and 1 c asparagus

    I will do bootcamp from 6-7 pm. If I am extra hungry after lunch I occasionally add 2 hb eggs or an extra pudding packet to account for my daily workout.

    I KNOW!! This is definitely an "off" week for me...allergies started kicking in and my husband is out of town all week for work. In my rush to get me and the kid out the door alone I keep forgetting stuff!

    Just curious - is that a natural coconut extract, and if so, what brand, where did you find it? The only thing I could find locally was an artificial one and I didn't like the flavor of it...

    Breakfast: yogurt, oatmeal, berries, pot of chai tea
    Morning Snack: none beyond coffee
    Lunch: cauliflower flatbread pizza, salad w/spinach, broco-slaw, mushrooms, WF honey mustard dressing
    Afternoon Snack: spinach smoothie w/WF caramel dip
    Dinner: I'm so tired I don't know yet...
    Dessert: maybe banana pudding w/banana

    9 tbsp liquid egg whites added to omelet
    1 slice veggie cheese
    & Vitamins, Novi-lax

    Lunch 12pm:
    4 oz chicken breast
    2 cups roasted broccoli
    EVOO cooking spray

    Dinner 7:30pm:
    2 Boca Burger patties (30g protein)
    1 tbsp Heinz RS Ketchup
    2 cups Roasted Broccoli
    & Vitamins

    Snack 8pm
    Mango RTD

    Caramel and Peanut Bar

    2 cups cauliflower
    Peach Mango Drink

    Snack Butterscotch Pudding

    6 oz sirloin roasted with garlic ginger Grey Poupon EVOO marinade
    Lettuce and spinich plus 2 cups total mushrooms, radishes, and cucumber). Used 1-1/2 T EVOO 1 lemon 1/2T salt and cider vinegar as dressing.
