a truly yummy breakfast!

  • hi guys, before i started properly eating i was never a fan of breakfast, always skipped it or had something stodgy and sugary.

    my aunt introduced me to this yummy light refreshing breakfast and i cant get enough of it.

    190g plain low fat yogurt.

    100g fruit (my personal favorite is blueberries and raspberries)

    2tbsp of flaxseed (otherwise known as linseed) ground/whole


    this always keeps me going until lunch, i never feel the need to snack in between.
