You may just be retaining water for some reason (sick, Tom). And if you aren't hungry you are still in ketosis!!! You would be ravonous if you kicked yourself out from what I hear. If you haven't done anything to kick yourself out of ketosis, then you are probably just retaining water. Happens to me often.
