Same deal for me. I joined the six week one, but I know losing 60 pounds is going to take long-term support. 25 pounds in 12 weeks it is, then.
Slim-fast and calorie counting have been the only things that have ever worked for me. I aim for no more than 1400 calories day because I really haven't been able to get back on the exercise bandwagon. More walks for me!
