A confession for myself to keep this food addict in check

  • Well it took me 35 days and close to 15 pounds and one **** of a birthday party to have a "with intent" act of naughtiness....that probably knocked me out of ketosis or damn near it.

    My sinful, NOT ON PROGRAM purposeful, but not over indulgent planned act.

    1 white roll (no butter)
    1.5 dark beers
    Salad with slivers of parmasean (about 1.5 cups worth of ceasar salad no crutons)

    Fasting all day today with water and only my Medifast protein shakes.

  • Well I guess I did okay because I weighed in and lost 4.4 pounds even if my planned badness lol.
