    I must have gone crazy this morning, or gotten a sudden burst of confidence from somewhere hidden, but I asked a hot trainer out on a date! what is happening to me? I'm not sure, but I think I like it!

    I'm more excited that I asked than that he was interested. That really puts things into perspective. What are some other things I didn't realize I had the balls to do? I'm sure I've got a list.

    Absolutely.

    It puts alot of pressure off of us when we get asked out -- not that i have been asked out very often . Its all about attitude and confidence.
