Hi there!

  • I'm a lurker... I'm currently on Ideal Protein and doing well. However, I am thinking ahead to my lifelong changes and have decided that after I have met my large goal on IP, that I will phase off and phase on to WW. I have in the past been successful with WW, but am really committed the weight loss plan I am currently on..
    Here's my question to you and my reason for posting.
    After the transition, would you recommend online support or actually attending meetings? My husband and I both will be making these changes, along with my mother and a few coworkers.. Any advice you can offer would be great!!

  • I have found that meetings are much better.
    The personal help and encouragement are very important.
    Online is good as an extra help. I have E-Tools and love it.
  • I would also recommend the meetings. I tried doing it without going to meetings unsuccessfully. I'm sure there are some people who can do it, but I like my meetings where I receive encouragement and lost of helpful information.
