What are the differences between the diets......

Just wondering if one is better that the other.

Or can they be mixed..... if you're using Medifast can you also use IP diet products?

I've used IP diet - had good success with it for awhile, but lately just seems I need a kick to get restarted..... so just wondering if Medifast or Optifast would be something worth trying.
