What are your diets?

  • Hey guys, im new to this site, and i was wondering what all of your guys diet plans are for losing weight etc? tomorrow is my newest start!, and im thinking of cutting breads, maybe cereals? you know the starchy kinda stuff, if i have cereal, i will make sure its whole grain! but i was curious to what some of urs guys diets are and what all you consume to lose weight? and what about the fitness, how much fitness do u guys do?
  • I just try to make smart choices. I cut out soda, I take it easy on the bread, try not to overindulge on junk food, add in veggies and fruits when I can, etc.. My aim is to be between 1200 and 1400 calories given my weight and height.
  • I count calories.
  • I am on Weight Watchers.
Mine wasn't a diet per say, it was a lifestyle change for the rest of my life. I do not limit myself on what I can eat, but I do have to stay within points for the day.
I have lost 43 pounds on Weight Watchers with absolutely no exercise (because I have severe limitations due to a spinal fusion).
  • Mine is weight watchers on-line pro points, i love it to me its not a diet its just changing the way you eat, i have only been doing it 8 weeks and i have lost 10kg and i hardly do any exercise all i do is walk the dog for 1-2 hours a day
  • I do like WW because you can drink that soda if you want. It is a lifestyle change and think that is what is important. I know for myself, my lifestyle is what got me into trouble. It is not one piece of pizza that is going to make you gain 10lbs. Its the amount of all the extra pieces that you did it.
  • Being that I've followed so many diets, I always fall back into the ww wagon. It's a slow weight loss journey for me because I have an under active thyroid, but for me what works is: low carb, gluten free, low fat. And getting in at least 3-4 days of working out.
