  • There are many reasons, of course. What is ONE reason you will stay with your plan today?
  • because it feels so much better in my mind and body when I do.
  • Because I need to prove to myself that I have control over my health and fitness.
  • Because I need to get back to where I was.
  • Because I am finally in the 250s and I want to make out of them as soon as possible!
  • Cause is what is required.
  • Because I feel guilty if I don't.
  • Because I will be 100% POP for the month of March!
  • I am finally taking time for me and it feels amazing! I haven't been so happy in a long time!
  • Because I want to loose not gain anymore.
  • Because it's a new month and a new ME!!!!
  • Because I would like to see my feet again!! I know they are down there somewhere!
  • Because I'm starting to see a difference in the way my clothes fit and I want more of that!
  • Because I want to prove it to myself that I do have what it takes.
