Does anybody use this and do you find it helpful? One of my counselors keeps bugging me to purchase the progesterone cream and other supplements they have for menopause. She suggested that they will help with my weight loss. I have tried some natural things in the past night sweats & sleeplessness but they did not seem to work for me.

Personally I wouldn't get that type of stuff from them. I actually went to a doctor and got what I need for my hormones after doing the saliva test.
