Hi folks,
I am here my second time. I signed up for Weight Watchers the 1st time and lost 15lbs pretty quickly...then I stopped and gained it all back and then some. So this time around I am way more committed.
This time I am setting weight loss goals with rewards. I am doing WW with a friend for motivation for both her and I. I am also setting running goals. I know I can do it because I made it a goal last year to run a 5k using the Couch to 5k Plan and succeeded on Thanksgiving Day, but of course I quit after that race was over. So, this time I am going to stick with it with the goal of running a 5k race then training for a 10k!
I am glad to be back and I am eager to see results. I love reading people success photos and seeing their results it is complete motivation to keep me going.
