UGH, so upset, and I know we are only suppose to weigh in once a week, but I've been checking since Monday and haven't lost ANYTHING, seems like I gained and don't know friggen how.
I have been doing all of my food, not eating ANYTHING off from the WS plan, drinking all of my water and actually bringing in 2 pound weights on my 3-5 mile walks during the morning. Drinking way more than 70ounces of water, and haven't lost any this week. I know it's only Friday, but still
I haven't gone out in the two weeks I've been on the diet, and if I have, I've been back home to eat my allotted foods and nothing else. My husband says that I'm stressing about it and thats messing me up but STILL, NOTHING.
Any suggestions would be great.
