  • Hey everyone! It’s almost time for our February Daily Weigh in Thread! I wanted to change the format of these weigh in threads ever so slightly, which is why I’m posting it a bit earlier.

    I think it’s best if we make our post and then go back to EDIT the post instead of continually posting. I think this way offers the thread to be more open to conversation and we can support each others progress!

    To do this follow these simple steps:
    1. Post in the thread your main post, the layout of it is entirely up to you. Some people like to put all the dates first, others like to add as they go along, some of us get a bit crazy with colours! It's all up to you how you do it. But either way, find your post and in the top right corner of your post there is a number, click on it!


    2. You will be taken to the url of just your post. Fancy. Copy the url from this page.


    3. Go to your User CP and to the Edit Signature section and in your little shiny box enter this code (without the spaces) [ url = (link) ] My Weigh In Post [ / url ]. You can see an example below, whatever you want to call it is up to you, as long as it's obvious what it is!


    4. In this example I obviously didn't try and make it fit in with my signature, but you can see the result!

    And that's it!

    Hope that all makes sense! If people are really against doing this then let me know, I just thought this format would offer more room to talk about what's going on with our weigh-ins and offer support.

  • Riestrella just correct if im wrong .... just a little confused about the link in the signatures... this is for others posters say in diff threads to click on if they so choose ??? and the link is supposed to bring them back to our daily weigh in thread???
  • It brings them to your personal daily weigh in post. For example, just click on the link in my signature for the 90 day exercise challenge and you'll see it will take you to my individual post in that challenge.

    This is so the thread can be open to communication, so we can discuss our weights and also via the link in our threads we can see our progress. Make sense?

    2/04: 144.2 Harumph. Down, please? Had a very good day yesterday (on plan, longer than usual run, etc.), so this is irritating.
    2/05: 143.8 Better. Hoping for a NEW number soon, though.

  • I definitely need some accountability, so I'm in! I'll be moving half-way through the month to a different state, so there will be a couple of days where I may be MIA.

  • I am in! February is a going to be a really rough month. I am a teacher at a condensed program international high school and I am taking on a few private students to help them improve and that means extra hours and less time! I need every little bit of encouragement I can get. I also weigh myself twice a day so I can keep track of how what I eat affect my daily weight fluctuations so I am going to be doing a morning and evening weigh in number. I am really hoping for a successful month!
