RN's 8 hour shifts?

    Do you know of any hospitals that still offer 8 hour shifts? If so, what areas and how prevelant are they?

    Depends on where you live. I know someone in Alberta Canada where she's a RN and does 8 hours shifts but that's in Canada.

    My hospital does some 8's and some 12's. I'm doing 8's now but am hoping to get 12 hours soon. Would be so nice to only work 3 days a week!!
