I just started a diet today. I want to lose 50 pounds by the end of 2012. If I lose a little less or a little more it is ok with me.

I want to weigh myself only once a week. I am counting my calories.
I live with 2 happy chubby cats. Cats rule.
I am also wanting to join an exercize group so I can keep track of my walking and more.
