This is the first time I've posted on any sort of weight loss forum, but I have been lurking on 3 fat chicks for a little bit. I'm a 19 year old college student ( soon to be 20) from the mid-west. My ultimate goal is to weigh 125, hopefully by the end of this summer (My current weight is 185). Before my freshman year of college, I weighed about 200 pounds. After one semester I had dropped to 175 without dieting. But since then, my weight has been shifting from 175-190 because of poor eating habits and stress. I hope this website can aid me in reaching my goal
