Basically, you "sign up" by making a post here with placeholders for each month of the year, such as this (or you can tailor the dates to the day of the week that you weigh-in):

TOTAL FOR THE YEAR! -
Each month, you can "edit" your original post here and fill in the total loss for that month. At the end of the year, please sum the total amount of weight you have lost. Early next year I will tally all of the losses and post how much weight we have collectively lost. Have a great 2012!!!
