I am the mommy of a beautiful 2 year old little girl. While weight has always been a mild issue for me, after having a baby it's become a MAJOR issue. I am about 5ft tall and weigh in now at 158ish. Before baby I was 138ish. At 138 that was still too much for my height and I personally didn't feel "good". Now, I have an ongoing to struggle to shed even that last 20lbs of baby weight.
I did weight watchers, no success, then I paid waaaay tooooo much money and the metabolic miracle for 3 months and lost a whopping 7lbs
A local doctor in my area recently advertised the Ideal Protein Diet. I thought, what the heck I'll call to sign up for the informational meeting to be held in a couple weeks. I live a hectic life, baby/work/wife, etc. So, I am usually on the go and need some sort of life style eating plan that will fit that and be successful.
Wondering what success or issues others have had on this plan? I know the cost is slightly substantial but if it works and makes me feel better about me again, it's well worth it!
