Any Beachers interested in a January Challenge?

  • I know it really helped me get on track before. Maybe it will help those of us buckling down in 2012?

  • Yes, I do. I just have to think of what my challenge will be.
  • Yes, I'm interested! Mine will probably be no sugar, no alcohol, or both...LOL.
  • I am interested and I can create the award as well if no one else wants to?

    My goals will be: at least 64 oz of water a day, and exercise twice a week: going to be to get to the gym AT LEAST 1x a week this month and 1x on the Wii Zumba.
  • I'm in! I want to stay on plan and track my calories every day!
  • I will stay on plan for the whole month. No mindless eating.
    No wheat. (so when i decide to go to p1.5 or p2 it will be sweet potato, quinoa etc. NOT bread!)
  • I'm in! My challenge will be to follow my running plan for the month of January. I have a 10k running plan through asics and it tells you when to run based on your options. (myasics.co.uk if anyone is interested) I'm running my first every 10k on March 4th and want to run the whole thing. I would also like to keep up with the SBD indefinitely. I just feel a lot healthier on it!
  • Jenn - an award might be fun Heidi always had a little graphic to add to your signature line if you were participating. I have no idea how to do that. I suppose I could probably hit the google and figure it out.

    The Challenge thread is now up and ready to go. I'll move it to the sticky area tomorrow morning so it will be easy to find all month. I'm going to close this thread to avoid confusion.
