  • Hi All! In the middle of 2011 I created a thread called 365 miles in 365 days. For 2012 I am ready to bump it up a notch and make an even larger goal!

    On average you will need to get in 10 miles per week or close to 42 miles a month!

    You can count your miles in any fashion:
    Swimming, biking, walking, running, eliptical, steps, etc!

    So I guess the next question is...who is down for the challenge??

  • I am in. What a great challenge. It is totally do able. I did 555 in 2011. I started in June and worked my way up to 3 miles per day. Some days I do more but I do at least 3 per day.
  • I'm back to working out after gain 60 pounds back so I'm in on the challenge so far last 10 pounds in 3 weeks do time for me to get on a roll.

  • I just got back from a 3 mile walk with my daughter and my dog. I didn't even mind it drizzling outside. Yay! I am on my way!
