but I noticed my Urine is cloudy and quite smelly now, does this mean I'm in ketosis?

I drink anywhere from 10-12 cups of water a day

The only way to know if you're in Ketosis for sure is to use the "ketostix" available at most drug stores. Check stream first thing in morning.

hmmm maybe it's the Omega III I just started taking that's causing it. Thanks for the link

I notice a scent in my urine too. Kind of like the smell when you open a bottle of vitamins. Not cloudy at all though.

I know Urine smells normally but this smell is stronger
the cloudiness has subsided with mine now
