Help me make a diet plan?

  • Help me make a diet plan lol.
    My boyfriend bought me $150 of the quest bars because I like them so much. Its been like a year since I did serious low carb- and I just really need to lose weight.

    I suppose I could do 2 bars a day + a lean and green or something (since they are about 160-200 cals each?)

    or maybe 3? They are super high in protein and fiber.
    He bought me 3 boxes of each of the samplers, i can get nutritional info if it helps? Thanks!
  • I have decided I am going to do 2 bars a day+ 1 a shake (make one at home) and a low carb meal for the first two weeks and see how it goes! I will let you guys know how it works!
    Can't wait for my shipment! I think I may just steal some of my roomies protein powder and make wishlists on different kinds of shakes/ and flavorings etc that I see on here unless it tastes realllly bad
  • I think the problem with bars are that you're using them replacement. You don't learn how to eat for life. I wouldn't eat more than one a day. I've never heard of quest bars, but most low carb bars that I've seen have a lot of sugar alcohols and lots of words that I cannot pronounce. Try easing yourself into eating more vegetables and meats.

    I really like the primal blueprint by Mark Sisson. It's easy to follow and people have really good results. Plus, you don't have to go super low carb. He has a few books on amazon. There's one that's a 21 day transformation that I don't have, but it looks pretty good.
