Has anyone tried the in2nutrition.com..

  • or eat2getfit.com programs?? I saw them on the Discovery Health Body Challenge. I am thinking of trying it. Does anyone else have any experience with it?? This is just an eating program. Real food no meal replacements or supplements.

  • I couldn't tell much from their website. I signed up for the 'free' profile but it just told me how many calories, carbs, and fat grams I should eat. It didn't give me any further information unless I paid for a subscription. ($29.95 for 3 months, or $49.95 per year)

They reference supplements, but don't tell if they are recommended in the diet plan. I wish I had more information to give you!
