This time last year I weighed 250 lbs, morbidly obese, today I weight 189, merely overweight. A year is a long time but This is the skinniest I can remember being. My goal is intense, I want to be 125/130 but next goal is 150, no longer overweight with an average BMI.
Overall I feel proud. I do wish I had been able to lose the weight faster but the fact that I did it at all is an acomplishment. At this rate, I'll be my goal weight by next year. Thank you all so much.
