I work 10-12 hour days sometimes and just can't get to the gym before or after work. The only space I have is my bedroom to workout. Any advice? I'm frustrated because I want so badly to go to the gym but it's nearly closed when I come home and I can't go before work. I also don't like to walk outside at night generally. What can I do? I'm dieting but my scale isn't budging at all.
I know I can lose weight when I do intense exercise. I love to exercise by walking or going to the gym. At home though I have no clue what to do because the only space I have is my room. When I was working a part-time job I worked out everyday at the gym or walked 3-4 miles a day and lost about 40 pounds. I know I can do it again but I'm just so stressed because I feel I have no time to workout and I feel I can't ever lose weight without that intense exercise piece. Sometimes I feel like just quitting my job because I packed on all my weight since I started this job last year.
I feel so stuck. Anyone have any advice?
