  • I'm in! I've been holding steady and bouncing up and down about a four pound window (lose the gain, overeat again, lose it again) the past month, and I'm finally on a downward trajectory again. I'm going to be changing my plan in the next few weeks to seriously take the weight off in a speedier fashion, so I'm looking forward to that strictness and structure.
