    I took a hiatus from the forums for almost two years and just trying to get back into it.

    I've got a long journey ahead of me (again) and looking for advice and encouragement from everyone!
  • I meant to ask you ladies that are counting calories...how many calories are you limiting yourself daily?
  • I try to stay under 1700. I lose best at about 1400_1500. Welcome back!

    I track my calories through livestrong.com/myplate. My daily calorie goal to lose 2 pounds a week is about 1450. You can just log in & tell the website what your weight loss goal is, it automatically gives you a calorie limit & as you update your weight, the calorie range drops.

    When I was in my 300s, I was doing about 1400-1600. I didn't drop my calorie allotment until I was mid 200s. Welcome back!
