so excited!

    I didn't actually lose much weight (I've only been eating healthier for a few days) But I have a promising start! My dad made cookies last night, so I have a HUGE plate filled to the max with homemade chewy chocolate chip cookies in my house. It's my favorite food in the world, and i can NEVER have just one. or two. I usually have 4+ or so of them at one time. But today, I had just one!! On top of that, I didn't eat ANYTHING else that wasn't strictly healthy for me! This doesn't sound like a big deal, but it is to me! It shows me that i really do have the willpower to refuse junk food and eventually lose 20 pounds
    Slightly off topic, has anyone tried the zero scale? I really want it but don't know if it's worth 70 dollars...
  • Congrats on only having one! I find it difficult when I have nice food not to eat a lot of it. Chocolate is my vice! It's the small things that add up! And I've not heard of the zero scale.
