ANYTHING is possible and achievable WHEN YOU PUT YOUR MIND TO IT.......STICK TO IT 100% !!!!.....As of last Wednesday my 9 month anniversary I have loss 125lbs and a total of 82 inches all over.......Thank you

Thank you, I have been doing Ideal Protein, Its a package meal plan for breakfast Bar/puffs coffee, lunch pudding/shake, 2 cups of veggies and a salad, dinner 8 oz of meat, 2 more cups of veggies another said (optional) and a snack of another shake or pudding.
