Good morning! I have spent a good chunk of my morning looking for a recipe - the one where you make a muffin from the pudding packet and egg whites?? I can't find it, I'm a search-dummy I guess! Can anyone help me out?

I also just received my order of Miracle Noodles....any suggestions on the BEST way to cook and eat them? THANKS!!!!

Did you look at the sticky's on the first post of the daily thread? there are 3 links to recipes threads there.

The miracle noodle take on what ever flavor you are cooking them with. They have no flavor themselves.

Okay so this is what I did.... click on search, then advanced search, highlight ideal protein diet, then in the left typed in pudding muffins... and a bunch come up. The search really really works, I use it all the time!
