When I first started my weight loss, I was more than 190 pounds and I think that I may have been at least 200 pounds (I stopped weighing myself...)
A few months ago, I reached my first goal of 140. Afterward, because of a plateau, my goal was to leave the 140s.
I finally reached that goal a few months ago by reaching 133.0.
As of today, my weight is 124.8. Because of the way that my body reacts during weight loss, I believe that it is entirely possible for me to leave the 120s very soon.
I'm excited!
