Just remember the money you are saving on future medical care...and the higher price we have to pay for big girl clothes. Not to mention the self-esteem boost that every one of those pounds lost gives us! Some things you can't put a price tag on!
Besides, look at how much you probably spent on junk food.
I realized IP was a significant expense, but thankfully we can afford it by making some changes to priorities and, I AM WORTH IT!
