I'm going to work as hard as I can to lose the weight now. I'm 235lbs at the moment and want to get down to 145lbs eventually. I'm exercising and attending the gym as much as I can and am also following a diet of eating less than 1100 Cal a day. I've also signed up to slimming world in the hope the support from there will also help me
Just wondered if anyone had any extra tips or advice for me?
