Monday- cardio (either 45 mins of running, or 30 mins of running and 40 mins cycling back/forth to work)
Tuesday - cardio(either 45 mins of running, or 30 mins of running and 40 mins cycling back/forth to work)
Wednesday - weights(either 45 mins of weights, or 30 mins of weights and 40 mins cycling back/forth to work)
Thursday - yoga
Friday- cardio (either 45 mins of running or 30 mins of running and 40 mins cycling back/forth to work)
Saturday- Body Sculpting and Jazzercise classes back to back
Sunday- Jazzercise
