...but if you're outright telling me I'm wrong you're wise beyond my years and are simply sharing that wisdom with me?
Ok... annoyed. On a different forum I'm on, there's a thread for "plus size" people... talking about weight loss. I mentioned that I don't eat breakfast, and I'm doing IF because doing IF I find I have far more energy, feel healthier, I eat healthier, I'm not as hungry, etc etc etc.
I get told "you may think that... but you're completely wrong, you need to eat 4-6 small meals a day in order to be healthy. You're going to kill yourself."
(not exactly in those words... but close)
I simply say "I disagree, I've found what works for me, and I'm not new to dieting."
And then I get told off because I said that I disagree, and that I'm telling others that they're wrong and that I should be ashamed because other people have their own struggles with weight loss, and that I'm only 18...
So... pretty much telling me that if someone tells me that I'm wrong... they're awesome. But if I disagree with someone, I'm practically attacking them and I should be reprimanded and told off.
?????
I just don't get it. What works for them... that's AWESOME!!! I would NEVER stand in the way of that. However... because I disagree with the way someone thinks I should live MY life... I'm the one who's wrong???
