Anyone doing combo IP and Atkin's style?

  • I've found that if I add some induction foods from Atkins, it is MUCH easier for me to enjoy and stay on course with weight loss. Not every day, most days I do IP on plan. When it feels very strained and difficult, I add in a level one atkins food and it seems to work well in keeping me on a plan, and still losing.

    Anyone else doing this?
