What do you make/use for stir fry sauce?
A little bbq sauce mixed with water and some more spices works well for me.
Low sodium soy sauce, dark sesame oil, white rice vinegar, hot sauce and Ginger.
La Choy Original Stir Fry sauce is just one point+ per serving!
Thanks for the tips and ideas ladies!

Its a bit saltier so I use less
Hmm teryaki and a little soy sauce. Both the ones i use are no point value according to the labels.
I found a couple low point recipes that include things I already have in the house. Thanks for the tips/links!
I mix mine up with low sodium soy sauce, ginger, garlic, chili-garlic (sriracha), and sometimes add no-salt no-sugar natural peanut butter and agave nectar. I also go to Asian markets to buy hoisin, fish sauce, nuoc cham, etc, but those can be high in sodium.
There are also so almost no calorie oyster sauces out there that taste yummy in the stir fry
I use soy, fish sauce, and some low sodium broth, with garlic and ginger and maybe a dash of 5-spice. Sometimes I have to thicken it up with a bit of cornstarch.
