I started out at 325 and my goal is 160. One of my big fears with losing all the weight is that I'll have hangy skin all over. Did/does anyone else worry about this?? I know that the goal is to lose fat and be healthy, but I would also like to look good when this is all over!
Another question, any idea how to fight it off before it begins to be a problem? I really don't want to have to have a surgery to remove loose flesh, and I figured that if I were going to fight it, no better time than the present!
Advice???
