The water is pretty much all I drink though. For my HNS I have water for the powders but I drink the liquid ones straight. Don't want any more water that I can't count towards my goal than necessary .
LOL I know what you mean. It's pretty hard when you're not used to it. I have a 44 oz. cup on my desk and for me, it's two of those a day. The crazy thing is, on some days, I'll have both of those drunk before I leave work and I find myself wanting more. Just remember, the water helps flush the fat out of the system. That's exactly the incentive I needed to keep chugging.
