Hi everyone - new to this site and HOPING I am posting this right! I have lost 70 lbs so far but still have plenty to go so I am moving more towards clean eating. I am almost completely there EXCEPT for 2 things; my meal replacement bars (Think Thin - they are amazing and I am not ready to give those up yet!) and laughing cow cheese. So I just read about the yogurt cheese and am very interested in making it. I actually am currently straining as I type! Would love any suggestions on specific herbs / spices I can use, maybe to use as a veggie dip? Love to cook and bake but for some reason I am spice rack challenged!
