    I am REALLY enjoying my "no exercise" day! LOL! Soooo relaxing! Only had a few chores to do today, some dishes and some laundry...no big deal. I'm looking forward to my big day tomorrow. It'll be the first of 12 group training sessions fort he Body Fit Challenge. Woo hoo!

    My weigh in day is Wednesday. I'll see how this goes, but those of you in the July thread know I hate this daily weigh in. I LIKE WEDNESDAY! lol If I don't post my weight every day, please forgive me this failing! I love the people in this thread and will stay, even if I weigh only on Wednesday.

    Good luck to all in August. This month is a big challenge month for me. Family wedding on the 13th - out of town, so there are several days where things aren't as easy as when you're home. And vacation at the end of the month. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

  • I had a planned higher calorie day. Now, I know why I was thinking about food more than normal. TTOM is starting. I should have been suspicious. DH and I shared a piece of marble cheese cake for dinner. I don't know why these restaurants have to have such large servings. It is ridiculous! Delicious, but ridiculous! I estimated the calories based on what I have seen before, but I could still be off. But that's ok, since I planned it. I may not think that tomorrow, though.

    Angie Thank you for the compliment. I might try to change my avatar if I can remember how to do it. Getting away to a cottage sounds very nice and relaxing. I'm glad you enjoyed the weekend. Thanks for the new thread!

    Mandy - Oh, the pool sounds fantastic right now. It was so hot here in Oklahoma today, I thought I was going to melt! Haha. Maybe I will make swimming my exercise tomorrow. Sounds like you had fun! I wish you all the best with the sobering process.
