There are always many reasons to stay on your plan. What is you reasons today?
Because I undid 15 lbs of my hard work and I'm not happy about it.
Because I would like to continue my downward trend in weight.

Because I go back to school in 17 days!
Because I want to wow the guys in Fair to Midland during their future tours.
Because my scale didn't move today but my pants are fitting better - post-dryer!!
Because my theme for August is Recommitment.
I want to see that scale move in the right direction this month!
Because I do not want to let slip 3 months of hard work.
Because I have a type 2 diabetic mother, who had a stroke a couple of weeks ago and is only 55.. because I am a mother of two young boys and they deserve a healthy parent.. and because I want to be slim for the first time in my adult life..

because I made a commitment to myself to stay on plan for 10 weeks, which I achieved yesterday and today starts my next 10 week commitment!
Because I AM going to be down at least 90 pounds since December 2010 by my birthday this fall.
Because I'm doing it. I'm actually doing it!
