I vow to never see 220 again
My monthly weigh ins are on the 15th of the month. My goal is 1-2# wt loss a week or 4-8# a month. I lost 10lbs for the month of July. I'm ready for August!!!!
Working 28 today, had shredded wheat biscuit, cheese and 1/2 grapefruit for breakfast. Now enjoying brocolli/yellow pepper/tomatoes covered in cheese and a salad
Avoided the "skinny" ice cream in the cafe..the one I have at home is sugar free and I've been having a cup almost every night and still losing weight! We'll see what happens for dinenr...I'm going to either do chicken wings or cheese for my protein and maybe have a piece of fruit instead of veggies.
Why am I telling you this...so that I DO IT!!!!
