    ... Okay, I'll try that! (Actually, I have a sick dog at home these last couple of weeks, so that has taken up the majority of my attention when I'm home from work. But -- I will get to my goal by the end of the month, even if it means I need to work out for three hours over the weekend! LOL)

  • I'm under Dr.'s orders not to exercise until I get the results of some bloodwork back... sigh. I'll be back to it as soon as I can though.
  • its been over a week since ive checked in! ive been working out. but not as much as i a) wanted to or b) enough to meet my challenge goal.

    ive completed 15 shreds now.
    and done 4 days of hiking and yoga.

    i suppose if i shredded twice a day til the end of the month, i could complete the goal. but the likelihood of that is slim. but i will say im eating much better still and im seeing the lbs come off. so thats all good.
