  • By the end of August I really want to be in the 230s right now I'm 246.8lbs and I'm going to push my excercise regimes which I thought has been lax until now. So my goal is to bike and walk at least 4 times for the week

  • I've altered my pace a bit ... I have a HUGE deadline on 9/1, so I've been doing a lot of working out in the gym in my building. This is what happens when you work 16-hr days.

    Aug 13 - 60 min treadmill: C25K Week 1, Alpine Climb
    Aug 14 - 30/20/10: 30 mins treadmill, 20 mins elliptical, 10 mins bike
    Aug 15 - 30/20/10
    Aug 16 - 30/20/10 (yes, I know)
    Aug 17 - 60-minute Alpine Climb
    Aug 18 - C25k week 1
    Aug 19 - C25k week 1
    Aug 20 - 2 mile jog/walk. At 6 am. SIGH

  • Wow, everyone is doing great!!!

    Me? Not so much. I've flaked on going to the gym. I think I tried to do too much, too fast, and I burned myself out in the process. To compensate, I'm REALLY watching my calories and am still losing 2 lbs per week.

    But still ...

    I need to get motivated to hit the gym today. Even if I just do 30 minutes, it's something to boost my metabolism, right?
